7 Mountain is a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) Provider. 7 Mountain warehouses and fulfills products for a wide range of companies. We handle everything from inbound products into Canada to fulfilling to both D2C customers and B2C customers. This includes both warehouse operations and the transport of product to customers all over Canada and the United States using partner carriers and our own assets. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that can grow with us and potentially one day move into a leadership role. We are very excited to welcome all applicants with customer service experience, warehouse experience, or freight experience.

This is not like an average customer service job. You will be part of a team that will be responsible for driving growth to 7 Mountain and ultimately contributing to the direction of this new company.

**What we will get**

**The successful applicant will**
- Work with sales team to onboard new customer accounts by gathering company details, and product performing
- Set up new accounts in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Broker and dispatch freight
- Review monthly customer charges
- Manage projects for customers
- Warehouse shift preparation
- Printing and organizing orders for operations team
- Entering inventory adjustments and product moves
- Printing BOLs for shipment pickups
- Set up locations and billing structures in the WMS
- Answer all customer requests by liaising with operations and executive team
- Create and send reports on warehouse KPIs like cycle counts, picking errors, shipping claims, and freight profitability
- Deal with partner carriers and couriers to troubleshoot customer challenges
- Bill customers
- Manage inbound and outbound dock schedules
