**JOB OVERVIEW**

Jake’s House is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Programs Coordinator to join our team. The Programs Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our various programs designed to support individuals and families affected by ASD. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and execute program initiatives that align with Jake's House Charity's mission and goals.
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including scheduling, venue bookings, and resource procurement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support program delivery.
- Communicate effectively with program participants, families, volunteers, and partner organizations to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in the field of autism services and incorporate best practices into program planning and delivery.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in the non-profit sector, preferably in a program coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and experience working with individuals and families affected by ASD is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
