IT Support Analyst

Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario with an office in Florida, USA, BIT delivers managed technology solutions. Since its establishment in 1993, BIT has provided a comprehensive range of network services that includes design, configuration, and installation, as well as full-scale systems integration and day-to-day technical support.

We are seeking an experienced an IT Support Analyst to work with wide range of our clients. Excellent communication ability is a must.

**Sample Responsibilities**:

- Setup Servers, Network Equipment and Firewalls
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Maintain User Accounts and setup new workstations
- Maintain Virus definition updates
- Setup VPN and Remote Access
- Replacement and installation of hardware components and peripherals
- Document changes to hardware and software
- Maintain service logs and work orders
- Site audits for licenses and warranties
- Monitor various servers for security and storage requirements
- Monitor maintenance service contracts and agreement
- Travel to client sites and interactions with end users

**Qualifications**:

- Formal Post-secondary education in computer technology
- MCSE certification and A+ Certification
- Excellent understanding of IT best practices
- 3 years working in an IT support environment
- 3 years experience working in Microsoft Network Environment
- Proven Oral and Written communication skills and Client Interaction
- Experience with Internet connectivity and Routers
- Own transportation and ability to lift computer equipment
- Desire to learn new skills and genuine computer interests
- Previous experience from an MSP an asset
