**Position Summary**

Media Experts IPG Inc. est à la recherche d'un support administratif supplémentaire pour l'équipe des opérations financières des médias. Nous recherchons activement un (e) **Coordinateur(rice) des opérations financières des médias **à temps plein qui sera chargé de soutenir l'équipe dans la saisie des données, l'exécution de rapports, et la réconciliation des campagnes médiatiques. En rapport avec la superviseure des opérations financières des médias, les principales responsabilités de cet employé comprendront:
**Service**

Support administratif concernant la réconciliation des campagnes et le codage de factures des fournisseurs, la facturation des clients et les rapports financiers.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Aider à la saisie des campagnes imprimées, et hors domicile.
- Résoudre avec les planificateurs les débits des campagnes qui ne sont pas conformes au contrat média/ordre d'insertion
- Assurer la liaison avec les services partagés d'Omaha pour veiller à ce que les problèmes de facturation soient résolus.
- Enquêter sur les anomalies, les corriger et/ou en faire le suivi auprès des fournisseurs et/ou du personnel concerné pour s'assurer qu'elles sont résolues.
- Assister le directeur des opérations et l'ensemble de l'équipe, selon les besoins, dans le cadre de projets et de missions ad hoc qui relèvent de son rôle.

**Compétences et expérience souhaitées**:

- Solides compétences en mathématiques
- Extremmement Détaillé
- Aime et excelle dans la résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office spécifiquement Excel (minimum vlookup et pivot table)
- Bilinguisme requise (français / anglais)
