What you will do:
You’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:

- Contribute to the configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions
- Contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions
- Contribute to the design, implementation and documentation of a quality and reusable configuration and code.
- Support the delivery team in the documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Support the delivery team in the research of information and documentation of customer deliverables.
- Participate in workshops and documentation of stories.
- Work with customers to assess their current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform and support customers in unit testing, identify errors and make corrections.
- Contribute to the implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and other technologies.
- Contribute to the standardization of deliveries by respecting established best practices.

What you bring to this role:

- 1-3 years experience in the ServiceNow platform
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent College an accredited diploma
- Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred
- ServiceNow and/or ITIL certification preferred
- Knowledge of the Agile/Scrum delivery concept.
- Technical documentation design skills.
- Curious, independent, collaborative and solution-oriented- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
