Gilmore Printing Services is seeking a Press Operator with commercial experience on large format (40”) offset presses. You should be able operate a multi-colour Heidelberg offset press in order to obtain maximum production according to established quality standards.
- Has a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an offset press operator
- Mechanically inclined and production oriented
- Knowledge of offset manufacturing processes, procedures and machinery
- Able to set-up, operate and maintain the condition of the press to established standards
- Successful problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent attention to details and able to communicate well
- Understands colour and how to achieve the highest quality offset reproduction
- Able to work effectively and to a high degree of accuracy
