**Job Title**: Front of House Manager
**Salary**:$55,000-$60,000 base salary + weekly tipout
**Location**:212 King St W, Toronto, ON M5H 1K5

**What You’ll Do**:
Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will:

- Manage the floor while on shift - this includes ensuring all team members are living by our core value, assisting on the floor with food running, busing, expo and table maintenance.
- Assist the GM in all operations - this includes daily cash, payroll, recruitment and terminations, inventory, labour costs, food costs, training and scheduling.
- Coach team members to ensure consistency of performance, food quality, food plating and customer service with an emphasis on completing tasks correctly.
- Ensure that opening and closing checklists are completed up to established operating standards.
- Approve discounts and promos as required.
- Strive to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity with a focus on customer satisfaction. Handle guest conflicts and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regard to front-of-house and back-of-house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests).

**Who You Are**:

- You have proven experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant environment Plus, you have the right attitude and are considerate towards people.
- You understand the day-to-day operations of a restaurant very well.
- Your customer service skills are next level You have an amazing ability to bring the downtown energy our guests are searching for, you’re reliable and you keep an upbeat attitude even during the busiest shifts.
- Stressful moments don’t get you down. You smoothly sail through adversity and can create a positive employee experience.
- You are solution-focused and resourceful - you think on your feet effectively to find resolutions for any situation
- Time management and task prioritization come easily to you.
- You’re open to growth and might have future aspirations for employment in store management or on our corporate team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
