Duties & Responsibilities:_
- Adding more contracts to the business & setting up business models.
- Resolving the clients issues & concerns in a timely manner for maintaining relationships.
- Selecting carriers, negotiating contracts and rates.
- Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements to the business model.
- Who would be outsourcing our business.
