**What you'll be doing**

This position is a 8 - 12 Month Co-op position which is responsible for providing Tier 1 support to Gerrie Electric employees. The position includes, but are not limited to the following:
Document, track, escalate, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution.

Assist with PC support, and rebuilding.

Provide software support, as required.

Conduct end user training.

**What you bring to the table**

Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written.

Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office.

PC Technical skills are an asset.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Team Viewer, System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint and Service Desk/Help Desk software are assets but not required.
