**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Performance Reporting Analyst to join our Operations team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- Provide revenue analysis on monthly basis;
- Monitor billings and collections;
- Issue pipeline and marketing campaign analysis reports;
- Produce financial performance assessments and non-financial key performance indicator reports;
- Provide analysis on client portfolio;
- Deliver management and performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as other ad-hoc as and when requested;
- Work closely with local and global finance teams on month end closing activities

**What You Bring**
- A university graduate with degree in accounting or finance with 2 years’ of post-graduate work experience in management reporting, preferably in a global, diverse, multi-currency environment;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy are also critical;
- Ability to identify, understand, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets;
- Must have excellent time management and proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines, organizational and prioritization skills;
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English;
- Must have advanced Excel skills;
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, and VBA Macro will be an asset.

- rédiger des évaluations du rendement financier et des rapports sur les indicateurs clés de rendement non financiers;
- fournir une analyse du portefeuille de clients;
- produire des rapports de gestion et sur le rendement sur une base mensuelle et trimestrielle, ainsi que traiter d’autres demandes ad hoc en fonction des besoins;
- travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes financières locales et mondiales sur les activités de clôture de fin de mois.
