We are looking for an accomplished Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- the Data and Reporting Analyst will liaise with the Fund Admin team for process analysis and re-engineering of Data Management and Funds Accounting processes to provide better support in all aspects of portfolio accounting;
- He/she will ensure that portfolio accounting data is maintained in relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner;
- Design and implement processes for accounting and reporting; assist in client on-boarding process for new clients; assist in gathering client requirements and reporting;
- demonstrate keen awareness of industry and technology;
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues and further develop bespoke client solutions.
- Participate in various projects.
- a recent graduate or up to 2 years’ work experience in finance, accounting or financial services;
- accounting or fund administration specific experience is an asset;
- strong technical and systems skills
- experience in relationship management and client service;
Key skills for this role are as follows:

- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. VBA macros, a big asset.
- excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- autonomous/self-starter

- l’analyste principal des données et des rapports sera responsable du soutien de tous les aspects de la comptabilité et du rendement du portefeuille, ainsi que des éléments d’analyse et de refonte des processus;
- veiller à ce que les données relatives à la comptabilité du portefeuille soient tenues à jour dans les systèmes pertinents de manière opportune et précise;
- concevoir et mettre en œuvre des processus automatisés pour la comptabilité et la production de rapports; participer au processus d’intégration de nouveaux clients; aider à documenter les exigences et à produire des rapports relatifs aux clients;
- mettre en œuvre sa connaissance approfondie de l’industrie
