Kamloops Truss Is currently seeking a **Crane Operator and/or Class 1 Driver** to join our team in Kamloops, BC

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time **Crane Operator and/or Class 1 Driver,** who values safety, productivity, and exceptional customer service. If you are a skilled driver with CVSE, and mechanical knowledge, we invite you to join our team in Kamloops, where you’ll be home every night.

- Proficiency in operating folding boom cranes and class one trucks while adhering to BC Crane Safe, CVSE and DOT regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all safety procedures and company regulations.
- Ensure WorkSafe BC compliance during all work processes.
- Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
- Perform all crane deliveries and services safely and efficiently, following all provincial and federal regulations for the operation of the vehicle and the crane.
- Perform pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, clean and lubricate crane and trailers.
- Maintenance and general cleanliness of all vehicles and work areas within Kamloops Truss.
- Assist with Roller Truck deliveries as required.
- Assist with Shop Truck deliveries as required.
- Adhere to lock out procedures and safety protocols.
- Must not operate any equipment if you have not received adequate training and completed the documentation to verify.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class One (1) Driver’s License
- Clean “N” Driver’s abstract - required semi-annually.
- Valid Crane Safe BC Class A - Folding Boom 22 Tons and under crane certification
- Consideration will be given to applicants with exposure to cranes and willing to obtain certification.

**Base Salary**: $30 - $40 based on a combination of skills and experience.

**Schedule**:8-hour shift - Monday - Friday, no weekends.
