**THE ROLE**
As a System Administrator, you provide technical leadership as well as design, implement and maintain enterprise-wide systems solutions. You manage and provide level three (3) support for system issues, the implementation and maintenance of system components, and conduct post-installation activities such as reviews, changes and maintenance. You maintain documentation related to systems infrastructure, software components and solutions.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND several years of experience in IAM systems design, implementation, management and support

CompTIA A+ certification, an asset

CompTIA N+ certification, an asset

Microsoft and/or Cisco certification, an asset

**Experience**

Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments

Familiarity with Quest's Active Roles product or similar AD-focused IAM systems such as ManageEngine's ADManager Plus or Lepide's Active Directory Manager

Knowledge of Supplemental Federated Identity Management Systems such as Okta, Ping, or OneLogin

Experience with authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and directory services (e.g., LDAP)

Competence in managing user access controls and privileged access management.

In Microsoft Server OS administration and maintenance

In administering virtual servers

Understanding of ITIL best practices

Knowledge of cyber security best practices

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset

Reading: Advanced

Writing: Functional

Oral: Advanced
