**Duties**:
Teach the following BDGD course, ARTG 130: Technology 2, which is scheduled for Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m.9:00 p.m., includes the preparation and delivery of lectures, demonstrations, assessment and evaluation of students, facilitation of student integration of theory and practice, and provision of student support.

Applicants must demonstrate a solid understanding of Adobe InDesign with practical experience in designing various multi-page print and digital materials, emphasizing solid layout design and typographic techniques, pre-press and visual design principles. Critical thinking, technical proficiency, and effective presentation.

**Required Qualifications**:
A Master's Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of a Bachelor's Degree and significant industry and/or peer recognized professional experience.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the professional skills required for publishing print and digital media including:

- demonstrable experience and skills in studio work related to the profession;
- previous experience within the course topic areas or relevant professional work demonstrating aptitude in the course material;
- proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as it applies to this field, as well as the Mac operating system.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous teaching experience in the course topic areas, or relevant professional work demonstrating aptitude in the course material.
