**Position Title**: Operations Support Specialist Level 1

**Location**:Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Rue Victoria, Gatineau)

**Duration**:February 2023 - May 2023

**Security Clearance**: Enhanced Reliability (Level 1)

**Language requirement**: Fluently bilingual in both official languages (English/French)

**Background**:
**Qualifications**:

- (Optional) 2-3 years helpdesk experience
- Experience administering Windows 10 devices
- Experience configuring and supporting printers
- (Optional) Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment
- Experience providing over the phone support
- Excellent communication skills & bedside manner
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience creating tickets and working with ticketing/queue management systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with SME’s to understand underlying technologies including docking stations, windows systems, printers, laptop, scanner, VPN connectivity, O365, Windows file management
- Provide ongoing support for all listed technologies: (docking stations, windows systems, printers, laptop, scanner, VPN connectivity, O365, Windows file management)
- Shift work based approach (7AM-3PM and 1PM -9PM)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
