- Experience with AR and AP
- Balance sheet experience
- Account Reconciling
- Proficient in Excel
- Communication skills
- Answer and route phone calls
- Customer reporting and tracking spreadsheets as required
- Oversee filling and electronic file updates, record keeping
- Ability to multi-task, and detail oriented
- Experience in the transportation industry an asset
- Follow up calls with customers

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
