**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Administrative Support:

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assisting with document management, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing records.

Financial and HR Support:

- Handling basic financial tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing petty cash.
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Supporting HR in onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation, and setting up workspaces.

Office Operations:

- Overseeing day-to-day office activities and ensuring efficient workflows.
- Liaising with vendors, service providers, and landlords for office maintenance, repairs, and supply orders.
- Managing office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Ensuring compliance with office health and safety regulations.

Customer Relations and Communication:

- Acting as the first point of contact for clients or customers, ensuring positive and professional communication.
- Managing client appointments, inquiries, and service requests.
- Assisting with marketing efforts by organizing events, managing social media, or coordinating client communication.
- IT and Technical Support:

- Assisting with the coordination of basic IT support, troubleshooting office equipment, and ensuring smooth technical operations.

**Organisational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.

**Communication skills**: Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with employees, clients, and suppliers.

**Tech-savvy**: Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.

**Problem-solving**: Ability to address issues as they arise and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Attention to detail**: Accuracy in handling tasks like data entry, document management, and scheduling.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
