Sandbox Software, located in Guelph Ontario, is excited to be seeking out a Proposal Coordinator and Writer for our growing team. If you are excited by digital innovation and passionate about working with non-profit organizations, Sandbox may be the home for you.

The Proposal Coordinator and Writer will be primarily responsible for responding to proposal requests and formal RFPs.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor RFP boards to identify opportunities
- Prepare RFP responses, strictly following the required format
- Prepare work requests and proposals for existing web, software and maintenance clients
- Proofread and edit a wide range of internal and customer-facing documents, including but not limited to proposals, manuals, solution overviews, quality assurance reports
- Prepare and/or edit case studies and other marketing content as required
- Attend and document sales meetings, and prepare proposals based on the outcome
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Sending marketing materials to targeted prospects, leads and contacts as directed
- Writing articles to support our monthly newsletters and other marketing initiatives
- Working with the broader team to build upon customer relationships through educating and informing customers to reinforce retention
- Managing prospects, leads and customer contacts
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including editing
- Impeccable organization and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creativity
- Adaptability
- Experience with digital solutions, ideally web development
- Education in marketing, sales, business, computer science or similar field

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
