As a Window and Door Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while achieving the company's sales objectives. Your main responsibilities will include in-depth product understanding, consulting with customers to determine their specific door and window needs, and recommending suitable solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers in store and establish professional relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand the technical features of window and door products to provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
- Advise customers on product options, materials, styles and performance, taking into account their needs and budget.
- Generate accurate quotations and competitive sales proposals.
- Monitor market trends and technological developments in the window and door industry.
- Work closely with the sales team, customer service and other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in window and door sales or in a similar field (Asset).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills in French and English.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of window and door products and market trends (Asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as required.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
