Client Success:

- Excel in relationship building, customer satisfaction, sales and product adoption
- Experience, or willingness to roll your sleeves up and learn, in standardizing and automating customer onboarding and engagement, providing proactive value with each interaction
- You will be expected to lead Business Reviews to understand our cClient’s business priorities, plan optimization sessions, discover and evangelize new use cases for the client
- Establish a deep understanding of client needs with the goal of providing exceptional customer success
- Take a proactive approach in creating mitigation plans by leveraging proper internal channels for escalations
- Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders & challenge dated processes by leveraging new technology
- A process-oriented mindset, with a knack for identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them by improving the ongoing process

Campaign Strategist (Bonus points if you have the experience, but even if you don’t but have the drive to learn and succeed we encourage you to apply.)
- Create, manage and refine campaigns based on data and client feedback. Leverage relevant technologies to drive optimizations and scale
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Provide guidance and leadership to supporting team members
- Ability to work fast, under pressure and take ownership of assigned tasks

Qualifications:

- University degree and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Success/Account Management or transferable Sales, Operations,or Customer Service roles, with a strong preference for B2B experience
- Ability to establish enduring connections with top-level executives build long-lasting relationships with senior executives,** **functional managers, and technical teams; including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise and persuasiveness
- Ability to anticipate client needs and prepare solutions to foreseeable challenges
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong judgment, excellent follow through
- Outstanding project management and organization skills, and an ownership mindset demonstrated by strong work ethic
- Resilient, and thrives in a multi-tasking, start-up environment and can adjust priorities & solve problems on-the-fly while managing a diverse and full workload
- Ability to establish and maintain processes and procedures
- A sense of curiosity
