The Francis Winspear Centre for Music seeks dynamic individuals as **Ticketing Guest Services Representatives** (GSRs). We are looking for employees excited to be part of our music-centered, community-driven organization for this part time position.

The Winspear Centre has been a cornerstone of Edmonton’s Arts District for 25 years. We welcome 250,000 people annually to participate in musical performances and rehearsals, literary events, meetings, receptions, graduation ceremonies, and educational programs. We are currently working to complete the Winspear Project - a significant building expansion that is currently underway and will include a new 550-seat performance venue, dedicated teaching spaces, and flexible community areas and will help us achieve our goal of reaching 500,000 active participants by 2032. We aim to celebrate the opening of this exciting new addition to Edmonton’s Arts District in 2025.

**What you will do**:

- Be one of the first points of contact for our organization and communicate with the intent to understand
- Handle record keeping, administrative tasks, and customer concerns with a smile
- Work with diverse people including within a team and with guests
- Be comfortable and enjoy working within a database system

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience with a commitment to creating positive experiences for guests
- Proficient with computers including databases (Experience with Tessitura is an asset)
- Detail orientated and thorough to ensure no errors are made
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Energetic and able to contribute well within a team environment
- Able to work evening and weekend shifts
