Come be part of our collaborative team as a Skill Development Worker
We have a variety of programs where you would be working one to one or with a group, in a clinical setting, in clients’ homes or out in the community.
Our programs include:
Behaviour Intervention for children and youth
Curio Life Skills Program for youth
aTtain: Community inclusion, employment, and life skills for adults with developmental disabilities.
You would be teaching skills to individuals through activities with guidance from our Behaviour Consultants. You would collect and record data on the progress of each child/youth/adult to track progress and mastery of skills.
You would be trained in ABA (applied behaviour analysis) strategies and individualized programing developed by our Behaviour Consultants.
Hours are dependent on which program but range from 8:45 am - 5 pm 5 days a week

Must have:
Clean criminal record check
Be fluent in English and have good enunciation
Must be fully vaccinated
Full class 5 drivers license.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must live in Cranbrook
Must have first aid or can get it within first 2 months
Must have the RBT online course
