- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and address any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

**Inventory Control**:

- Monitor raw material inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and production output.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect production processes and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and address quality issues or deviations promptly.

**Process Improvement**:

- Recommend improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices.

**Reporting**:

- Maintain and update production and inventory reports for management.
- Provide weekly updates on production progress and inventory status.

**Team Support**:

- Serve as a liaison between production staff, sales, and management.
- Address team needs and ensure smooth communication across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Mandatory Proven 3 to 5 years experience in production coordination, inventory control, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
