**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to execute against approved storyboards/scripts and committed timelines
- Maintain content on both internal SharePoint and LMS
- Produce engaging pre-recorded demos of our reporting environments with appropriate software
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and assets for easy lift-and-shift capabilities to prospective client implementations.
- Document and improve digital development processes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Work with our LMS to ensure training content is uploaded and maintained for the intended audience
- User acceptance testing on reports for future releases
- Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to ensure all relevant content is created and available for users
- Work independently, lead projects, and contribute to a collaborative team environment

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary degree/diploma in Education, Instruction and Facilitation, Training or relevant work experience
- 1+ years of training experience
- CPG or related retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with visual design principles, usability principles, adaptive learning,
- Ability to create compelling and contemporary visual designs for training, taking into consideration learner usability and attractiveness
- Ability to manage large audiences and cultivate a productive learning environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, manage and lead multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Attention to detail, quality-checking, UX-testing in order to deliver high-quality results
- Experience using e-learning authoring software including Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Captivate preferred
- Experience with cloud-computing software such as Microsoft 365 or Google Suite for document editing and collaboration.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
