We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales and marketing professional to join our team. The brand manager will be responsible for the operations of a skin-care brand, with functions related to procurement, marketing and sales. The position requires someone who is perfectly bilingual, who is a strong multi-tasker and has with solid organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive and aligned Marketing plans for new and existing products, and oversee their implementation.
- Coordinate procurement schedule to ensure sales objectives and inventory budgets are respected. Analyze market data for future sales planning
- Guide the day to day activities of the sales team and ensure that team members are stimulated, motivated and guided to contribute fully to the realization of the brand’s objectives, including; follow through on marketing initiatives, weekly sales meeting, brainstorm sessions, goals setting as well as follow ups;
- Defining the marketing strategy to create brand awareness and generate traffic and installations, including but not limited to press relations, promotion and partnership programs, social marketing actions and in-store animations/trainings and demos.
- Update and maintain all local brand related marketing material and sales documents, not limited to order forms, training books, prospection material and custom POSM.
- Update all related social networks and media

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in a similar role
- University degree in marketing or business
- Excellent organizational skills and efficient multitasker
- Strong business acumen regarding budget preparations and sales analytics
- Experience in cosmetics or fashion an asset
