We are members of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) as well as the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).

To that regard we require our crew members to come with a good attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, to be able to work in a team setting or independently, and to have a high regard for safety, to ensure a safe work environment.

**Position Description**:
The skills and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Performs all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by crew leader or designated supervisor
- Skills to operate chainsaws, chippers and other equipment
- Properly maintain all tools and equipment
- Ability to install and inspect structural support systems
- Experience to safely prune or remove large limbs using advanced rigging techniques
- Capability to drive a truck with a trailer
- Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the crew leader or designated supervisor, Arborist representative, or local manager
- Abide by industry safety policies and procedures

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience climbing with ropes and harness in the tree care industry
- Hold a valid “G” license required with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Hold or working towards an ISA Certification or Ontario Licensed Arborist
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress
