The workforce consists of teachers, office staff, custodial staff, education assistants, and professional staff. Job Duties/Responsibilities and Details

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Mandatory Education / Certification

Post-secondary education in a technology-related discipline

A minimum of two to three years’ experience with cloud technologies

Experience with the following is mandatory

PowerShell automation scripting experience used for various tasks related to security, reporting, and configuration within a Microsoft tenant.

Excellent technical, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Design and implement advanced functions of Office 365 including data governance, and compliance (e.g., sensitivity labeling, DLP, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption)

Stay current on Microsoft 365 changes, updates and new Microsoft releases for Office 365 and related products.

Excellent troubleshooting, planning, technical documentation, and migration skills.

Ability to multi-task effectively

Demonstrated commitment to working in a diverse school community and/or work environment
