We are excited to invite a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior or Intermediate Technologist/Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter who is meticulous and takes pride in their work. You will play a crucial part in our operations, requiring an strong ability to interpret engineering specifications and architectural and structural drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed estimates and quotes, conduct pricing analysis, and develop material takeoffs.
- Analyze project documentation thoroughly to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Interface directly with customers and internal teams to address project inquiries and clarify details.
- Maintain and utilize databases for material pricing and project cost tracking.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Use advanced software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word effectively.
- Engineering Technologist Diploma, with CET designation is advantageous.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and technical materials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- This is an in-office position.
