**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Pre-employment screening and processing.
- New Employee Onboarding, to include first day communication, orientation, and assisting with benefit enrollment.
- Serve as first point of contact for HR related support.
- Understands and applies applicable employment standards, requirements and legislation for consistency, compliance and efficiency within the organization.
- Monitors the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees.
- Facilitate employee terminations and exit interviews.
- Administer and interpret company Policies representing the organization in personnel and employment law compliance related investigations.
- Assist and support all HR activities/other duties as needed.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- University degree, HR diploma, or equivalent
- 3-4 years HR experience required, with recruiting focus preferred
- Bilingual (written and verbal) in French & English required
- Knowledge of regional legal employment landscape (i.e. labor standards, OSHA, etc.)
- Experience working with an HRIS required
- Limited travel within Canada may be required

Le généraliste RH supervisera le recrutement, l'intégration des employés, les relations avec les employés et la gestion des dossiers des employés pour nos sites au Canada. Le généraliste RH travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les employés pour s'assurer que tous les besoins liés aux RH sont satisfaits et que les buts et objectifs de l'entreprise sont atteints.

- Vérification et traitement préalables à l'emploi.
- L'intégration des nouveaux employés, pour inclure la communication du premier jour, l'orientation et l'aide à l'inscription aux avantages sociaux.
- Servir de premier point de contact pour tout soutien demandé aux RH.
- Comprend et applique les normes d'emploi applicables, les exigences et la législation pour la cohérence, la conformité et l'efficacité au sein de l'organisation.
- Surveille la culture organisationnelle afin qu'elle soutienne l'atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise et favorise la satisfaction des employés.
- Mener des programmes de formation et de perfectionnement pour les employés.
- Faciliter les licenciements d'employés et les entrevues de départ.
- Administrer et interpréter les politiques de l'entreprise représentant l'organisation dans les enquêtes liées à la conformité du personnel et du droit du travail.
- Assister et soutenir toutes les activités RH/autres tâches selon les besoins.

**Connaissances, compétences et capacités**
- Diplôme universitaire, diplôme en ressources humaines ou équivalent
- 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines requises, expérience en recrutement préférée
- Bilingue (écrit et oral) en français et anglais requis
- Connaissance du paysage régional et légal de l'emploi (c.à-d. normes du travail, CNESST, WSIB, etc.)
- Expérience de travail avec un SIRH requise
- Des déplacements limités au Canada peuvent être nécessaires

Pay: $62,453.86-$84,595.26 per year
