**Position Type/Schedule**:
This role will be based out of any of our 20+ offices with the probationary period based out of Head Office at 19295 25 Avenue, Surrey BC. This is a full-time 40-hour/week position. An option for a hybrid working solution is available in three months.

- Follows corporate change management, release management, communication, and security policies and procedures.
- ** Digital Process & Workflow Automation**:

- Support and troubleshoot existing data integrations
- Support and troubleshoot existing process automation such as Helpdesk automation, SSIS, Power Apps, Forms & workflows, Campaigns, etc.
- Digitize and automate manual processes using low-code and no-code platforms.
- ** Data Administration, Reporting & Business Intelligence**:

- Understand database schema and data mapping
- Write intermediate to advanced-level SQL queries, analytics, and visualizations
- Import and export datasets, on-premise and cloud
- Administer a data lake, data catalog, data cleansing, and data models
- Promote data ecosystem changes through Dev, Test, and Prod
- Monitor and optimize performance across the data ecosystem
- Data security and governance administration
- Ensure integrity throughout the data ecosystem
- Support machine learning and AI advancements
- ** Application Support**:

- Open vendor support tickets when required, and update documentation.
- Participate in vendor community groups.
- ** Other Duties**:The role may involve aiding the IT Team and other stakeholders with various tasks, projects, and system upkeep to fulfill the IT department and company's strategic goals.

**What **You’ll** Bring to This Role?**
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, or five years of equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in workflow management and automation.
- Experience with warehouse management, ERP, e-commerce, and/or EDI preferred.
- Familiarity with performance tuning & optimization.
- Understanding of security models, data governance, and securing data.
- Understanding of configuration vs. customization, change management, and release management.
- Experience in customer service and/or in a support role preferred.
