Position: SEO Professional + Content Writer

Location: Brampton, ON

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website performance.
- Create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Write SEO-friendly meta tags, meta descriptions, and alt tags for web pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and execute content marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
- Analyze website analytics and SEO metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Provide recommendations for website optimization and content enhancements based on data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SEO optimization and content writing, preferably in an agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content tailored for online audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with team members and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (preferred but not required).
