Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit volunteers through various channels
- Coordinate volunteer training programs to educate volunteers on organizational goals and responsibilities
- Manage volunteer schedules and assignments to ensure coverage for all necessary tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to market volunteer opportunities effectively
- Organize and lead volunteer orientation sessions
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote volunteerism within the community
- Collect and analyze data on volunteer performance and program effectiveness
- Supervise volunteers during their activities to ensure adherence to guidelines

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a nonprofit or community organization
- Strong recruiting skills with the ability to attract diverse volunteers
- Ability to educate and train volunteers effectively in RMA's outdoor sports and recreation programs. - Proficiency in project management to oversee multiple volunteer initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in marketing volunteer opportunities is a plus
- Excellent public speaking skills for engaging with volunteers and the community
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for program evaluation. - Demonstrated ability in supervising and providing leadership to volunteers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
