**SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION**
Relevant directement du vice-président de la qualité aux États-Unis, le responsable de la qualité assurera le bon fonctionnement du service de la qualité, y compris les contrôles des processus de qualité, la réglementation, la sécurité alimentaire, l'assainissement et le laboratoire de microbiologie. Le directeur de la qualité travaillera avec le directeur de la production pour assurer le développement, la conformité et la certification des programmes HACCP et d'autres programmes de sécurité alimentaire pour l'établissement. Cette personne sera chargée de diriger et d'orienter les programmes de qualité et de salubrité des aliments afin d'atteindre les objectifs de qualité et de l'entreprise.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Diriger et gérer toutes les activités de qualité dans tous les domaines de l'usine qui sont touchés par les programmes en usine dans le processus d'amélioration continue ;
- Assurer la conformité réglementaire, le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) et un programme efficace de salubrité des aliments ;
- Mettre en œuvre les systèmes et l'infrastructure d'assurance qualité internes nécessaires ;
- Maintenir les connaissances actuelles sur les tendances et les changements affectant la sécurité alimentaire et faire des recommandations pour les changements de programme appropriés afin d'assurer la conformité gouvernementale.
- Compiler et examiner les données sur les tendances et les écarts, suivis de l'exécution de rapports sur les mesures correctives et préventives ;
- Identifier la cause profonde des problèmes de qualité dans la production ou la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les réduire ou les éliminer ;
- Collaborer avec les autres dans l'entreprise pour améliorer les niveaux de qualité des produits tout en mettant en place des méthodes de réduction des coûts ;
- Fournir un soutien à tous les audits internes et externes ;
- Élaborer, réviser et lancer des normes et des méthodes d'inspection, d'échantillonnage, de test et d'évaluation, en utilisant les connaissances dans des domaines connexes tels que la science alimentaire ;
- Formuler des politiques et des programmes de qualité et fournir des conseils et des commentaires à la production ;
- Mettre à jour et développer des SOP pour soutenir le système d'assurance qualité de l'entreprise ;
- Analyser les résultats des tests de contrôle qualité et communiquer les informations de contrôle qualité à tous les départements organisationnels concernés ;
- Identifier les points de contrôle critiques dans le processus de fabrication et spécifier les procédures d'échantillonnage à utiliser à ces points.
- Diriger et gérer l'équipe du service de la qualité, en assurant une fonction d'audit efficace et solide ;
- Faire preuve de leadership en maintenant une communication efficace
**COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES**
- BS diplôme en sciences alimentaires, qualité, production ou domaine connexe ou formation/expérience pertinente requise ;
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance qualité alimentaire en tant que responsable qualité ou poste similaire requis ;
- Expérience directe avec GFSI/BRC, SQF, GMP et autres normes de sécurité alimentaire, y compris HACCP ou réglementations similaires de l'industrie alimentaire ;
- Être capable de comprendre et de respecter efficacement une variété de directives et de procédures de travail (y compris la santé, la sécurité, l'hygiène et l'assainissement);
- Démontrer de solides compétences en gestion, leadership, minutie et organisation;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, maintien d'une attitude positive et capacité à motiver les gens, en particulier le mentorat et l'encadrement des personnes ;
- Solides compétences analytiques et décisionnelles;
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite);
