**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Packaging and processing shipments for client orders and inter-company transfers.
- Creating international shipping documentation including customs documents, export reports and certification documents
- Managing reorder of shipping materials and tools
- Working with courier representatives to resolve issues and delays with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaising with vendors to coordinate inbound shipments.
- Liaising with vendors to coordinate material returns shipments.
- Coordinating with customer success team to manage client and inter departmental returns
- Unpacking and receiving inbound shipments from vendors
- Processing inventory put away and assist with inventory management, including but not limited to cycle counts and material control requirements
- Maintain dangerous goods transportation documentation and records.
- Data entry and records management related but not limited to Procurement and Logistics department.
- Perform general quality control inspections on inbound materials upon receipt and outbound products prior to shipment.
- General warehouse clean-up and organization

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics including international.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
- Class 5 driver’s license

Other Items Considered to Be and Asset:*
- Familiarity and experience with Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Familiarity with safe handling of lithium batteries
