Sales Representative- Immigration

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Initiate calls to potential clients who have expressed interest through various channels like online forms, referrals, or events.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and track the status of each potential client through the sales funnel.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from immigration services.
- Utilize various marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, seminars, and networking events to generate leads.
- Conduct introductory calls to understand the prospective clients' immigration needs and backgrounds.
- Assess the potential clients’ eligibility and requirements through a series of qualifying questions.
- Schedule follow-up calls to provide additional information, answer new questions, and move the client closer to a decision.
- Build and maintain a rapport with potential clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their decision-making process.
- Suggest the most suitable immigration pathways and services based on the information provided by the client.
- Customize the conversation to address the specific concerns and questions of each client.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout their immigration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing updates, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in immigration policies and procedures.
- Educate clients on changes and how they might impact their cases.
- Monitor sales performance and client satisfaction to meet targets.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities and outcomes to management.
- Visit businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to establish business relationship and referral networks.
- Keep accurate records of all field activities, including client interactions, and outcomes of meetings.

**Skills**:

- Immigration experience is required
- Proficiency in English is required
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is required
- Business development experience is preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales is advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
