**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Tourism Agent to join our team in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. As a Tourism Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their travel plans and ensuring an exceptional travel experience. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel destinations to provide accurate and valuable information to customers
- Collaborate with travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to secure the best rates and deals for customers
- Process travel documents, such as passports and visas, and ensure compliance with international travel regulations
- Coordinate and manage group travel arrangements, including organizing itineraries and handling logistics
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Tourism Agent or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel packages
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required

**Job Title** : Online Travel Assistant
- Can be done without affecting your current job
- Daily payroll (Earn up to C$180-C$240 per day.)
- Flexible time, Assist with online operations
- No experience required to start, one-on-one guidance provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.25-$25.25 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
