**You, as a Project Manager, will**:

- Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.
- Request and obtain all Rail Corridor Access required to perform work in a timely manner. The Project Manager shall ensure that the process follows the guidelines outlined in the contract and relevant standards. The Project Manager shall also lead the weekly and monthly rail corridor access meetings with the Owner.
- Coordinate with Site Superintendents flagging requests to work in the Rail Corridor in accordance with the contract and relevant standards.
- The Project Manager shall be responsible to maintain a daily log of all rail corridor access time.
- Lead all work related to the preparation and submission of Work Plans to allow the team to work within the Rail Corridor. The Project Manager shall be capable of developing and submitting the plans to reflect the activities taking place on-site at any given time. The Project Manager shall also ensure that Work Plans are always up-to-date and valid.
- Lead the preparation and submission of ground disturbance permits and all necessary permits as required. The Project Manager shall prepare and submit ground disturbance permits to ensure work can progress as planned. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all plans are up-to-date and valid.
- Lead all work related to permits and approvals, including Site Plan Approval, Site Services Agreement, Building Permits, TPUCC, TRCA, etc.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission all ground monitoring plans required to carry out works in Zone 3.
- Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a construction-related degree/diploma and five years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in a Project Manager role in Civil construction.
- Experience in Transit and Railway Construction.
- You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
- You can confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations.
