Purpose
This individual will be responsible for receiving and depleting brake shapes and post painted into Quest Tools that are received at our Nashua location against the provided paperwork. Receiving discrepancies will be communicated to the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing for further investigation. Also responsible for cycle counts and scheduling post painted inspection. Oversee all receiving, communication and the paperwork at Nashua. Assist the other Inventory Control Associate with data entry into Quest tools.
What you will be doing
- Receive/Scan and deplete into Quest tools with the provided paperwork for brake shapes.
- Post received painted panels and brake shapes on basecamp on the appropriate tile with pictures.
- Maintain spreadsheet log of receiving and issuing for painted panels.
- Inspect brake shapes and painted panels for quality and colour according to the production schedule.
- Deliver to production and post on Basecamp when picking is completed.
- Cycle count brake shapes and painted panels.
- Assist in data entry of issuing and scrapping material in Quest Tools.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required or assigned.

What you will bring along
- Supply Chain post secondary education is preferred or 2-3 years work experience.
- Able to multi-task, remain calm yet maintain sense of urgency for all requests.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals, as well as the ability to work well independently.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
