**Performance Specialist - Junior**

**Main responsibilities**
- Perform **dynamic and kinematics analysis** of components and systems;
- Landing Gear Dynamic model definition to **extract ground loads, **based on aircraft and landing gear characteristics / parameters
- Perform **loads evaluation** based on technical requirements, authorities’ regulation, industry standards and other bookcases references.
- Determine loads during **landing, ground handling and rolling** of the aircraft.
- Identify and quantify stiffnesses, viscosity, mass distribution, friction and other parameters relevant to accurate simulation.
- Perform landing gear **retraction actuator snubbing and retraction/extension **performance;
- Issue **performance reports** to quantify analysis;
- **Define test requirements and criteria** related to performance and airworthiness specifications for development and qualification testing;
**Qualifications**
- University degree (Master is an asset) in **mechanical engineering **or equivalent or 2 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of **dynamic, vibration, thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, mechanism;**
- Proficiency of **MS office suite**;
- Ability to provide **analysis and complex calculations**;
- Ability to solve **complex technical problems**;
- Ability to **work in a team** and a client oriented environment.
- **Bilingual**(French and English)
- **MSC ADAMS, Matlab, CATIA V5 **knowledge is an asset.

**Salary: 51 954$ - 65 000$**
