We are looking to hire an enterprising **Production & Shipping Coordinator** with fierce enthusiasm for dynamic audio technology, and a desire to work in a challenging and cutting-edge hi-tech production environment. In this position you will be a crucial link between sales, production planning and logistics. Solid communication skills, self-initiative, and a desire to improve working processes are essential to your success in this exciting position with opportunities to grow.
- **What We Expect from You: Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and setting appropriate customer expectations.
- ERP - data entry, orders, warranties and quotations, customer, and item maintenance
- Meeting and exceeding expectations regarding deadlines, quotas, and targets
- Preparing and submitting sales or inventory reports to management.
- Assist regional sales teams with sales orders and inquiries, coordinate scheduling with Production
- Develop and maintain customer accounts in coordination with Sales
- Collaborate with production scheduling, procurement, finance and engineering as necessary
- Assist with tracking the sales pipeline
- Participate in company production and sales meetings
- Participate with cycle and inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned.
- **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience**_
- Production and/or sales experience in an entertainment or technology sector considered a valuable asset
- (B.A. in Business, Technology, or a related field, is considered an asset)
- Technical proficiency, with a high aptitude for learning in-depth product knowledge
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
- Pro-active team player who takes initiative
- Confidence and comfort with cold calling
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM or CSM programs, or similar software
- Manufacturing environment/ERP experience is considered a valuable asset.
