**Responsabilités principales**:

- **Plomberie**: Effectuer des inspections, des réparations et des installations routinières liées aux systèmes d'eau, y compris la réparation des fuites, le débouchage des canalisations et le remplacement des accessoires.
- **Électricité**: Diagnostiquer et réparer les systèmes électriques, y compris le câblage, les prises, les interrupteurs et l'éclairage. Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des codes.
- **Plâtrage**: Appliquer du plâtre sur les murs, les plafonds et autres surfaces pour réparer ou créer des finitions lisses. Corriger les fissures, les trous et autres imperfections.
- **Peinture**: Peindre les surfaces intérieures et extérieures, en veillant à l'uniformité des couches et à la qualité des finitions. Effectuer les retouches nécessaires.
- **Entretien général des bâtiments**: Effectuer des inspections et des réparations régulières sur les structures des bâtiments, y compris les portes, fenêtres, toits et planchers. Régler rapidement tout problème de maintenance.
- **Maintenance préventive**: Réaliser des inspections régulières pour identifier les problèmes potentiels avant qu'ils ne deviennent majeurs. Mettre en œuvre des mesures de maintenance préventive pour prolonger la durée de vie des systèmes et des structures des propriétés.
- **Réparations d'urgence**: Répondre rapidement aux demandes de maintenance d'urgence, y compris les appels après les heures de bureau. Fournir des solutions temporaires ou permanentes pour éviter d'autres dommages.
- **Conformité à la sécurité**: S'assurer que toutes les activités de maintenance sont conformes aux codes du bâtiment locaux, aux règlements de sécurité et aux politiques de l'entreprise.
- **Gestion des stocks**: Maintenir un inventaire des fournitures et outils de maintenance. Commander les matériaux nécessaires et veiller à ce que l'équipement soit en bon état de fonctionnement.
- **Collaboration**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de propriétés, les locataires et les autres membres de l'équipe pour répondre aux besoins de maintenance et fournir un excellent service.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée dans la maintenance de propriétés, avec une expertise en plomberie, travaux électriques, plâtrage, peinture et entretien général des bâtiments.
- Connaissance des codes du bâtiment locaux, des règlements de sécurité et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches et à gérer le temps efficacement.
- Capacité physique à effectuer des travaux manuels, y compris le levage, l'escalade et le travail dans diverses conditions météorologiques.
- Maîtrise du français requise; maîtrise de l'espagnol et de l'anglais est un plus.
