**What we are looking for?**
We have an opening for a MOA to join our over 20 member multidisciplinary pediatric team in South Surrey. Building a thriving and engaged team is much like working on a puzzle. Here at Paramount Pediatrics we have been very fortunate to have such a collaborative group of professionals, all working together with the common goal to improve the quality of life for children.

This forward-facing role will provide you the opportunity to work and support our
patients and their families. In many cases, you will be the first person that our patients
will meet. Therefore, it imperative that you love working with children, that you are a
people person and bring to the table a positive attitude. It is also essential that you
have the desire to work with complex care children including those with development disabilities and neurodiversity.

Our medical model is different than most clinics, so this role is ideal for someone who is

**MOA Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests & escorting them to rooms when applicable
- Answering and triaging telephone calls
- Booking / rescheduling appointments
- Filing incoming medical reports and faxes
- Sending and tracking referrals
- Working closely with other team members
- Private pay billing & receipts
- Conducting children weights & measurements
- Clinic room set-up
- Regular supply checks and order remittances to the Office Manager
- General EMR tasks related to patients
- Clinic tidiness and sanitizing of the common areas and door handles

**Education & Experience**:

- MOA certification

**Hours**:

- Full work week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; or
- Part time 16hrs per week distributed over Mondays through Wednesdays (1 Full 8hr day and 2 Part time 4hr days)

**Remote Work**:

- No

**Salary**:
$18/hour with no experience, $20/hour with some experience, & negotiable with experience
