**We are a company that is growing rapidly and seeking experienced Installers to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install in new and existing homes
- Perform installations in a fast-paced environment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions including hot, cold, and windy conditions

**Requirements**:

- _Minimum 5 years' experience_
- Valid driver's license - Must have own reliable vehicle with a good driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. above your head while being on your feet for the entire shift
- Ability to work in a team or on your own without assistance
- Must be able to follow instructions as well as any safety rules/guidelines
- Must be able to work in all areas of the home, including top, bottom, and middle areas
- Must be able to read and write English fluently

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R2J 0Y4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- flooring installation: 5 years (required)
