We are looking for a self-driven, organized, and energetic team member to take on administrative tasks

diligent, take ownership of their role, and collaborate with the owner to complete both behind-the
- scenes admin work, as well as limited customer service.

Job Duties
- Tracking, filing, and retrieving all receipts and company expenses
- Tracking and filing customer invoices
- Answer phone calls from customers as “First Point of Contact” & complete customer intake

forms
- Schedule services and product pickup
- Assist company owner in general administrative duties as needed
- Keep social media, website, and google page updated

General Requirements:

- Have a High School diploma / GED
- Must have demonstrated skills and experience in administrative work, and customer service
- Must be willing to collaborate with other members of the team toward company growth, and

communicate efficiently and clearly with all team members
- Must be professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented
- Basic technology skills - working knowledge of Office programs, and basic in-house apps.

General computer proficiency required. (Working knowledge of QBO or other bookkeeping

software is an asset).
- Actively participate in job-specific training and company development
- Take initiative within the role and meet deadlines without prompting
- Efficient time management skills
- Must be fluent in English

- Any and all previous administrative experience
- Customer service experience
- Technological expertise and proficiency
- Bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of marketing
- Experience working with online advertising tools and social media sites
- Completed educational administrative programs

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Work Location: In person
