**What We Need**

The **Product Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the products, starting from conceptualization to ongoing usage or deprecation stage. At GPS Insight, this includes engaging in market research and validating customer feedback, and taking ownership of documentation, design and development, release management, user-acceptance testing. The Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring the product's successful launch and measuring its success in the market.

The role requires proficiency in product management, agile practices, project management, team building, collaboration, decision-making, and communication.

**What You'll Do**
- Work with Director of Product team to develop product plans, roadmap and prioritization.
- Identify customer and market needs using customer feedback and research and translate into deliverable requirements for UX and Engineering
- Shepherd the Product through the UX and Engineering steps to ensure timely releases
- Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, maintain backlog priorities and conduct user acceptance testing
- Lead discovery with engineering to understand technical options and constraints to design the best product design
- Manage prioritization of features and stories as well as backlog grooming
- Facilitate the commercialization launches with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support and other business teams
- Maintain products after they have been released and collaborating cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to prioritize and address bugs and improvements within the product
- Identify product success metrics, work with BI team, create SOP for metrics and report results regularly
- Participate and lead regular stakeholder meetings to build engagement and open dialog on product direction, market and needs for business growth

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management in a tech SaaS environment, including experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product discovery, delivery and launch teams
- Demonstrated proactive approach
- Succeeded in an environment with remote team members
- Prior experience with Agile Development process
- Track record of successful product releases
