APERÇU DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) barista compétent(e) et passionné(e) pour offrir une expérience client mémorable et luxueuse. Responsable de la préparation de boissons de qualité, vous créerez une atmosphère accueillante tout en établissant des liens authentiques avec notre clientèle.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Préparer et servir une grande variété de boissons à base de café et de thé, y compris des espressos, des cappuccinos, des lattes et des boissons spéciales, en suivant les recettes standard et les directives de présentation.
- Assurer une qualité constante dans la préparation, le goût et l’apparence des boissons, en respectant les normes les plus élevées en matière de luxe et d’excellence.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en accueillant et en engageant les client(e)s de manière amicale et professionnelle, en écoutant activement leurs besoins, en les aidant à choisir leurs boissons et en répondant à toute demande ou préoccupation.
- Maintenir la zone du bar à café propre et organisée, y compris l’équipement d’infusion, les ustensiles et les zones de service, en respectant les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité.
- Assurer le suivi des stocks et des fournitures, en veillant à la disponibilité des ingrédients nécessaires, des grains de café et d’autres articles liés aux boissons. Passer les commandes au besoin.
- Utiliser et entretenir les équipements d’infusion du café, les machines à espresso et les autres équipements pour boisson, en réglant les problèmes mineurs et en signalant les dysfonctionnements majeurs aux canaux appropriés.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances actuelles en matière de café et de thé, y compris les nouvelles techniques d’infusion, les profils de saveurs et les évolutions du secteur, afin d’améliorer l’expérience des client(e)s et de leur fournir des recommandations avisées.
- Collaborer avec le personnel du magasin pour créer des promotions et des offres qui intègrent les services de café et de boissons aux produits de beauté, améliorant ainsi l’expérience générale de la clientèle.
- Traiter les transactions en espèces de manière précise et efficace, en utilisant le système de point de vente et en suivant les procédures de traitement des espèces.
- Adopter une apparence professionnelle et soignée, en respectant le code vestimentaire du magasin et les directives en matière d’hygiène.

LA PREMIÈRE ANNÉE

Mois 6+Formation, service à la clientèle, marchandisage, ouverture générale, opérations et gestion des jours fériés du magasin.

LES COMPÉTENCES ET L’EXPÉRIENCE NÉCESSAIRES
- Expérience préalable en tant que barista, de préférence dans un café haut de gamme.
- Connaissance des techniques de préparation du café, y compris la préparation de l’espresso, la vaporisation du lait, l’art du latte et les différentes méthodes d’infusion.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication, avec la capacité de s’engager et de communiquer avec les client(e)s de manière personnalisée.
- Grand souci du détail et engagement à fournir continuellement des boissons de haute qualité.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution, tout en conservant un comportement calme et serein.
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de points de vente et les procédures de traitement des espèces.
- Connaissance de base des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité relatives à la préparation des aliments et des boissons.
- Apparence et comportement professionnels.
- Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés au besoin.
