**Shift Availability**:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 am - 03:00 pm

Saturday & Sunda: 09:00 am - 03:00 pm.

**Position: Barista/Cashier**

As a valued Barista at A Kinder Cup, you're at the heart of creating unforgettable coffee moments for our cherished customers. Beyond perfecting each cup, you'll be the friendly face that makes everyone feel at home, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service with warmth and sincerity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure excellence in brewing.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering inquiries about coffee origins, flavors, and brewing methods.
- Artfully steam milk, create latte art, and maintain consistency in beverage presentation.
- Handle cash and card transactions **accurately**, following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Attend training sessions to expand knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and equipment operation.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.
- Perform a daily end-of-day inventory countdown and report to General Management for purchases.
- Other duties as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience in a coffee shop is a must.
- Ability to steam milk to create smooth and velvety textures for espresso-based beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail, ensuring each beverage meets quality and presentation standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
