**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Account Manager** to oversee client accounts and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our clients’ business objectives. This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and internal teams. You will ensure that all marketing efforts meet clients’ expectations and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will assist the VP of Client Services on key projects and accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination**: Liaise between clients and internal teams (creative, media, digital, and production) to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals, including campaign planning, audience profiling, and channel recommendations.
- **Performance Analysis**: Review campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- **Campaign Oversight**: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- **Brand Management**: Manage the brand strategy for clients, ensuring visuals, messaging, and overall creative direction meet their needs.
- **Presentations**: Lead presentations of campaign strategies, results, and progress in client meetings.
- **Support Leadership**: Assist the VP of Client Services in managing projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- **Business Development**: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to clients.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to advise clients on innovative solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in account management or a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong abilities in campaign management, brand strategy, and performance analytics.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional internal teams toward successful project completion.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools and project management platforms.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a focus on delivering value and measurable results.
- **Language Skills**: Bilingual (English and French) is preferred but not required.
