**Tekla Steel Detailer**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Tekla models following the structural and architectural design drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable standards and building codes
- Connect steel members per connection design information provided by the EOR
- Create and incorporate all RFI’s promptly when discrepancies are found or additional information is required to complete the process, and follow up as required
- Create and modifies drawings for Approval, Assembly, As-builts, and Erection Drawings
- Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements
- Prepare drawing packages and issue them to the client per scheduled delivery dates

**Qualifications**:

- Any level of knowledge of Tekla Structures
- Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction and fabrication and the ability to read drawings
- Self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance
- Deadline-driven with an attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/certificate
- Canadian Citizenship/Legally able to work in Canada

**Experience**:
