- Provide detailed and accurate information to the general public, faculty, students, agencies, registration bodies and government departments about programs, services, procedures and policies. Prepare a variety of materials including correspondence, memos, reports, forms, exams for the Program Head, Nursing Advisors, and Instructors in the School of Nursing.
1. Provide reception and administrative duties for the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (SCBScN).
2. Provide detailed and accurate information to students, general public, faculty and agencies about programs, services, procedures and policies.
3. Utilizing various software products generate, format, edit, proofread and print a variety of materials such as letters, memos, reports and forms.
4. Develop, manage and maintain a system for student assignments.
5. Provide administrative support to the SCBScN faculty through the development of documents ensuring accuracy, visual identity and standards.
6. Responsible for distribution of documents and information received for the School of Nursing programs.
7. Sort and prioritize incoming mail.
8.Collaborate with the U of R for UR Courses administration for SaskPolytech faculty.
9. Provide secondary support for HSPnet Administration.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**Specific Accountabilities**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Grade 12 plus a recognized Office Administration certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience, which must include training and/or experience in minute taking.
2. Two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
